This Foot Brake Valve / Air Brake Valve (PN 800936505 / Drawing XZ50-3514002)​ is a treadle-type pneumatic control valve serving XCMG XZ50 rotary drills and multiple XP/XS-series road rollers (XP263, XP303, XS203, XS163, etc.). Mounted in the operator cab footwell, it converts pedal travel into proportionally modulated air pressure that releases spring-applied brake chambers on the wheels/axles—the harder the pedal, the higher the output pressure, up to the system's regulated maximum. The valve body is die-cast aluminum alloy with a hardened cam/spool assembly and reinforced rubber diaphragm, providing linear pedal feel, minimal hysteresis, and stable pressure hold when the pedal is held stationary. Inlet/exhaust port threads and bracket mounting pattern match OEM specifications, allowing direct swap of a sticking or leaking unit without modifying pedal linkage or air-line routing. Each valve is function-tested for pressure rise time, hold stability, and exhaust purge before shipment.
