1. Tank Structural Design

Model 2# 5000L stainless steel tank adopts double cone design with conical top and conical bottom. Standard mixing flange is reserved on top cone cover for mixer reducer installation. Conical bottom design realizes complete liquid discharging without residue to reduce raw material waste.

Cylinder diameter 1.8m, total equipment height 2.5m, vertical floor-standing type with 3 thickened reinforced conical support legs for stable bearing capacity. No extra concrete base required, can be placed directly on site. Integrated safety ladder welded on tank side for feeding, inspection and maintenance on top.

The whole tank is full argon-arc welded with food-grade 304 stainless steel plate, internal & external mirror polishing, smooth welds without sanitary dead zone, fully meet hygiene standards of food, brewing and daily chemical industries.
