Equipped with 300-400L large-capacity aluminum fuel tank, one full fill supports ultra-long cross-border transport to reduce refuel stops and improve efficiency.
(2) Chassis & Brake System
6×4 3-axle 10-wheel layout, reinforced HF9 front steering axle + HC16 mine heavy-duty dual rear axles with thickened leaf springs to absorb bumps on gravel and pit roads and protect chassis components. All 12.00R20 mine vacuum tires with deep anti-slip tread prevent sideslip on rainy and muddy roads; all tires, brake pipelines and air tanks are replaced new before delivery.

(4) Standardized Renovation Process
All tractors are screened from formal domestic long-distance logistics and port fleets, accident and aged vehicles eliminated, full standardized renovation after warehousing:
  1. Engine disassembled to clean carbon & sludge, all oil seals and gaskets replaced new to stop oil & water leakage, no black smoke or abnormal noise after road test;
  2. Full original new brake parts replacement: brake drum, pads, air pipes, air tanks and brake valves;
  3. Chassis flaw detection & leaf spring calibration, balance shaft tightening, rust removal & anti-rust paint spraying, bearings refilled with new grease;
