Basic Vehicle Overview

This is remanufactured used truck mounted crane based on Sinotruk HOWO 8×4 4-front & 8-rear axle heavy chassis, rated lifting capacity 12 ton with 8-meter long cargo box. The whole vehicle undergoes full standardized disassembly and refurbishment, different from ordinary uninspected second-hand trucks. Chassis, engine, gearbox, rear axles, 12-ton crane hydraulic assembly, cargo box and cab are inspected item by item. All vulnerable parts including aging bearings, oil seals, hydraulic pipes, brake pads and gears are replaced brand new. It combines low cost of used vehicles and stable performance of new trucks, widely used for construction lifting, building material transport and equipment transfer.

  1. Power System: Full engine disassembly & cleaning, renew piston, cylinder liner, all bearings and oil seals to fix oil leakage and insufficient power;
  2. Chassis Transmission: Complete overhaul of gearbox, drive shaft and axles, replace worn gears, bearings and brake pipelines;
  3. 12 Ton Crane Assembly: Disassemble boom, slewing unit and hydraulic circuit, renew aging pipes, seals and sliders, calibrate lifting limit & balance system;
  4. Cargo Box & Body: Repair & reinforce 8m cargo box, full rust removal & repainting, restore cab sheet metal, interior, air conditioner and all electrical functions;
  5. Pipeline & Wiring: Uniformly replace fuel pipes, air pipes, hydraulic hoses and wiring harness to eliminate leakage and circuit faults.
