SOLID submerged arc flux SLD-S101L/SJ609S, meets GB/T36037 standard, specially for carbon & stainless steel welding. 10-60 mesh, 25kg moisture-proof package, stable arc and easy slag removal.

SOLID submerged arc flux is a high-quality agglomerated flux produced by Shandong Solid Solder Co., Ltd. With fluorine-alkali formula, it features stable arc, easy slag removal and beautiful weld appearance, suitable for automatic/semi-automatic submerged arc welding of carbon steel, low alloy steel and stainless steel.
  • SLD-S101L: General-purpose flux for carbon/low alloy steel, widely used in pressure vessels, bridges and steel structures, providing high weld toughness and crack resistance.
  • SJ609S: Special flux for stainless steel welding, compatible with duplex/austenitic stainless steel, effectively controlling weld composition with excellent corrosion resistance, ideal for chemical and marine engineering components.
    The product is packed in moisture-proof kraft paper bags with standard 25±0.2kg specification, 10-60 mesh particle size, meeting GB/T36037, GB/T5293 and NB/T47018 standards. The company has passed ISO9001/14001/45001 certifications, ensuring stable and reliable quality.
