This mixer truck adopts lightweight HOWO TX heavy-duty chassis matched with XCMG high-strength wear-resistant mixing tank. The 8×4 four-axle design achieves large load capacity and stable driving. Constant-speed rotary hydraulic system prevents concrete solidification during transit. It is widely applied in urban real estate construction, road engineering, bridge and municipal projects. Euro II/Euro III emission versions are supplied for export to Africa, Southeast Asia and Middle East markets. Chassis & Power Performance

The HOWO TX lightweight chassis optimizes frame and suspension structure to reduce curb weight, effectively improving actual concrete loading capacity. XCMG Mixer Tank & Hydraulic System

The superstructure is manufactured by XCMG, a top Chinese construction machinery brand. The mixing tank is rolled with thickened wear-resistant manganese steel, equipped with multi-section spiral blades inside, which can evenly stir concrete and avoid segregation and solidification during long-distance transportation. The closed hydraulic system consists of imported hydraulic pump, motor and reducer, supporting adjustable rotating speed. Even when the vehicle stops, the tank can keep slow rotation to maintain concrete workability. The feeding hopper, discharge chute and auxiliary chute are reinforced and thickened, with anti-spattering baffle to reduce concrete waste during loading and unloading. Multi-layer safety handrails and anti-slip steps are installed around the tank for operator safety.

Cabin & Safety Configuration

Standard HOWO TX wide body single sleeper cabin, with large curved windshield to expand driving vision. Large split rearview mirrors eliminate blind spots, combined headlamps and fog lamps guarantee safe driving at night and rainy days. The interior is equipped with shock-absorbing air suspension driver seat, multi-speed adjustable wipers, central control storage compartments, and optional air conditioner to relieve fatigue during long-distance continuous operation. Anti-slip pedals and handrails are arranged on both sides of the cabin for easy access. The whole vehicle is equipped with overload alarm, tire pressure monitoring and rear reversing warning device to reduce construction safety risks.
