1. Power & Transmission System

This tipper truck is equipped with Sinotruk self-developed MC13 series 440HP large-displacement diesel engine, which outputs a peak torque of 2100N·m at low RPM. It delivers abundant power reserve for fully loaded climbing and long-distance heavy haulage, with obvious power improvement compared to the old 371HP model, and optimized fuel injection logic to cut fuel consumption during long shifts. Mechanical injection version is optional for export customers, without complex electronic control components for easy maintenance at remote overseas mines. Spare parts are widely available worldwide to reduce service costs.

Matched with self-developed HOWO 12-speed high-low range manual transmission, low gears amplify torque for steep-slope heavy-load startup, while high gears lower engine RPM to save fuel. Equipped with heavy-duty large clutch, the driveline resists overheating and slipping under continuous full-load operation for longer service life. The lightweight 400L aluminum fuel tank extends driving range, reducing frequent refueling stops at construction sites and improving overall transport efficiency.

2. Heavy-Duty 6×4 Chassis Structure

It adopts mature 3-axle 10-wheel 6×4 driving layout with dual HC16 16-ton heavy-duty drive axles for excellent load capacity. The frame is integrally stamped with double-layer thickened high-strength manganese steel, featuring superior anti-torsion and anti-impact performance without permanent deformation after years of full-load transport. Widened and thickened multi-leaf spring suspensions deliver outstanding shock absorption on bumpy mine dirt roads, lowering damage to the vehicle and cargo from jolting.

The 7.5-ton front steering axle provides a large steering angle for flexible turning in narrow stock yards and mine tunnels. Standard 12.00R20 deep-tread engineering tires are wear-resistant and puncture-proof for stable driving on both paved highways and gravel mud roads. Full-air spring brake system with standard ABS ensures stable braking when fully loaded downhill to avoid skidding and rollover. A yellow-black anti-collision warning strip is installed on the front bumper for high visibility at construction sites to reduce collision risks, and a yellow warning lamp on the cab roof offers clear alert during night work.

3. Reinforced Wear-Resistant Cargo Box & Hydraulic Discharge System

The dump box is fully welded with thick wear-resistant manganese steel, reinforced by dense vertical ribs on side panels and double-layer wear plates on the bottom. It can carry sharp heavy materials like ore, muck and construction waste for long-term service without easy abrasion or perforation. Mechanical automatic tailgate locking hooks open during unloading and close automatically after discharge, allowing single-person operation to save time and labor.

The middle-mounted high-power hydraulic lifting cylinder delivers stable lifting with strong load capacity and a maximum dumping angle of 48 degrees to completely empty sand and soil without residue inside the box. The hydraulic system features superior tight sealing to avoid oil leakage during high-intensity continuous unloading work. Customization of cargo box length, height, steel plate thickness and lifting mode is available to match different volume haulage demands.
