Φ1500×3000 wet type ball mill adopts peripheral transmission mode, large feeding and discharging capacity. It can grind various metal and non-metal ores into fine powder, match with spiral classifier to form closed-circuit grinding system, widely used in quarry and concentrator production line.

This mineral processing ball mill adopts horizontal rotary cylinder structure, composed of feeding end, rotary cylinder, discharging end, transmission gear system and driving motor:
  1. Efficient Ore Grinding Principle: Steel balls and ore inside cylinder produce impact, extrusion and friction force with cylinder rotation, grind coarse ore into fine powder for separation operation.
  2. Wear Resistant Protection: Whole cylinder lined with high manganese steel liner plate, strong anti-impact performance, extend service life under long-term ore grinding.
  3. Stable Heavy Load Drive: Large module driving gear with lubrication system, low failure rate under continuous 24-hour full load operation.
  4. Adjustable Grinding Fineness: Match different specification steel balls to control discharge particle fineness, meet different mineral separation process requirements.
