This equipment integrates solid-liquid separation, biochemical treatment, oil-water separation and other functions into one unit. Equipped with an independently developed crushing device tailored to the properties of kitchen and food waste, it shreds leftover food of various textures before feeding the material into the fermentation system. This greatly expands the contact area between microorganisms and raw materials, thereby improving the quality of the final fertilizer product. Fermented food waste can be applied as organic fertilizer in agricultural production, making full use of the organic components contained in food waste.



A high-efficiency dewatering module is built inside the machine, eliminating the need for external dewatering procedures. Kitchen and food waste with high moisture content can be fed directly into the equipment, which substantially reduces operational complexity.



The unit adopts self-developed full PLC touchscreen intelligent control and real-time online monitoring systems, featuring a clear and user-friendly operation interface. It applies an innovative combined process of three-stage dewatering plus biological fermentation to cut overall energy consumption. After three-stage dewatering, the volume of residual solid waste is reduced by approximately 80% compared with the original kitchen and food waste. No auxiliary materials need to be added during operation, lowering operational difficulty and running costs. Moreover, all physical and chemical indicators of the resulting fertilizer comply with national standards.
