JSD F290 heavy-duty double cylinder hydraulic scrap shear, total weight 2900kg, max jaw opening 690mm, perfectly compatible with 20~30 ton excavators. Driven by double synchronous hydraulic cylinders with powerful cutting force, equipped with thick wear-resistant alloy steel blades. Mainly used for scrap car dismantling, steel bar cutting, factory steel structure demolition, reinforced concrete breaking and steel mill scrap recycling. The whole body adopts thick cast steel with strong impact resistance and abrasion resistance. Custom connecting brackets are available to fit all brands of excavators, widely exported to scrap metal recycling & demolition projects in Central Asia and Africa.

  • Core Advantage Of Double Synchronous Powerful Shearing
    Equipped with two large-bore synchronous hydraulic cylinders, cutting force is uniform and stable, 40% higher than single-cylinder shear. Thick steel plates, whole vehicle frames and thick steel bars can be cut off at one time. 690mm extra large jaw opening can directly grip whole I-beams and scrap car frames without segmented disassembly, greatly improving working efficiency. Built-in dust-proof wear-resistant oil seals inside cylinders avoid oil leakage under dusty demolition & steel mill harsh conditions to extend service life.
  • Thick Cast Steel Body & Wear-resistant Alloy Steel Blades
    Integral thick cast steel body with few welding seams, excellent impact resistance and crack resistance, no deformation under long-term heavy load disassembly. Special wear-resistant alloy steel blades can be polished and repaired repeatedly, service life 3 times longer than ordinary steel blades. Widened reinforced blade seat bears even force during cutting to prevent blade collapse & breakage, suitable for high-strength scrap metal recycling.
