This is the Sinotruk HOWO TX 6×4 heavy-duty dump truck, a mature and hot-selling export engineering vehicle independently developed by China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, specially manufactured for global construction, mine, earthwork and muck transportation markets. The whole vehicle adopts a stylish bright metallic blue customized anti-corrosion coating as shown in the pictures, matched with the classic TX-F flat-top single sleeper cab that brings an ultra-wide panoramic view; large split rearview mirrors are installed on both sides of the cab to completely eliminate blind areas when driving on narrow construction sites and rugged mountain roads, while widened anti-slip metal steps and integrated handrails make getting on and off the truck safer and more convenient for drivers carrying work tools. Inside the cab, it is fully equipped with hydraulic shock-absorbing driver seats with adjustable softness, original factory refrigeration and heating air conditioning, electric lifting windows, a multifunctional digital instrument panel and practical storage spaces, greatly improving driving comfort during long shifts in harsh high-temperature or bumpy working environments. The front of the truck is fitted with a thickened impact-resistant black steel bumper, combined with split combined headlights integrating main beams, low beams and turn signal lights, which have strong penetration in foggy and dusty construction zones and are not easy to deform or crack after accidental collisions with stones or building waste.
In terms of power performance, this HOWO TX dump truck is equipped with reliable Weichai WP10 and WP12 series heavy-duty diesel engines, providing optional power outputs of 371, 400, 430 and 440 horsepower, and it can meet Euro II, Euro III and Euro V emission standards according to different national market access requirements. The engine features outstanding low-speed high-torque performance, delivering stable and powerful traction even under full-load weight, with a maximum climbing capacity of more than 35% to easily cope with steep mine slopes and muddy unpaved roads. The power system is matched with Sinotruk self-developed 10-speed or 12-speed manual engineering transmission, which is equipped with a professional rear power take-off device to continuously and stably supply hydraulic power to the cargo box lifting system; the thickened and reinforced transmission shaft effectively avoids fracture and oil leakage under long-term bumpy heavy-load transportation conditions.
The chassis adopts a mature 6×4 ten-wheel layout with one front steering axle and two rear heavy-duty drive axles: the front steering axle is a 9-ton VGD95 type, and each rear HC16 double reduction drive axle bears 16 tons, enabling the whole vehicle to reach a total mass of 40 tons with a safe rated loading capacity of 25 to 30 tons. The vehicle frame is built with 280mm wide double-layer thickened steel beams using 8mm and 4mm thick steel plates through integrated stamping molding, possessing super strong anti-torsion and anti-bending performance that will not deform under long-term heavy-load vibration. The suspension system uses multiple pieces of thickened reinforced leaf springs on both front and rear axles, cooperating with heavy-duty shock absorbers to buffer the intense vibration brought by gravel and mine roads. The whole vehicle is fitted with 11.00R20 or 12.00R20 deep pattern engineering tires, which have strong ground grip and excellent anti-puncture ability against sharp stones and metal waste on construction sites.
The rear self-discharging cargo box is fully welded with high-wear manganese steel materials, with an 8mm thick bottom plate and a 6mm thick side plate; dense vertical reinforcing ribs are welded on the outer wall of the carriage to enhance the overall structural strength, effectively resisting impact damage from falling stones, sand and concrete blocks during loading operations. The lifting assembly adopts a front-mounted large-diameter hydraulic cylinder with electric integrated control, which realizes fast lifting and smooth falling speed, ensuring complete and residue-free unloading of sand, gravel, soil and mineral materials without manual secondary cleaning. Customers can freely customize the internal length, width and height of the cargo box according to local transportation limits, with the standard specification being 6800×2300×1500mm and a storage volume of about 23 cubic meters; optional functional accessories include an environmental fully closed dust-proof cover and an automatic opening and closing rear gate to meet urban muck transportation management regulations.
In auxiliary configurations, the truck adopts a full air brake system, with an optional ABS anti-lock braking system to improve driving safety on slippery roads; a 300-liter large-capacity steel fuel tank is standard, and an enlarged fuel tank can be selected for long-distance cross-mountain transportation. The whole vehicle uses a 24V industrial-grade electrical circuit, equipped with a reversing buzzer alarm to remind surrounding pedestrians and vehicles during reversing operations at construction sites. This HOWO TX 6×4 dump truck has wide application scenarios, covering infrastructure earth excavation, highway subgrade gravel transportation, mine stone and slag short-distance haulage, urban construction garbage and backfill soil clearance. It has prominent competitive advantages in overseas markets: complete global spare parts supply network, stable low failure rate, balanced fuel consumption, support for left-hand drive and right-hand drive customized production to adapt to road traffic rules of various countries, and far higher cost performance compared with imported brand heavy trucks of the same level, making it the preferred transportation equipment for engineering contractors in the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia and Southeast Asia.
