Compatible with various idler outer diameters and wall thicknesses. This conveyor idler bearing housing assembly consists of cold-rolled steel stamped bearing housing, multi-stage labyrinth seals and matched bearings. Compatible with full series bearings from 6204 to 6312, it fits idler outer diameters from 60-219mm and wall thicknesses from 2.0-5.0mm for various working conditions. The bearing housing features stable structure and impact resistance, while the labyrinth seals effectively prevent dust and water from entering the bearing cavity, significantly reducing bearing wear. Easy to install with low rotational resistance and noise, this kit greatly extends idler service life and reduces maintenance frequency.
