Brand new vacuum tumbler made of full food-grade 304 stainless steel. Negative pressure vacuum speeds up marinade penetration, adjustable variable frequency speed, optional hydraulic auto tilting barrel & automatic feeding. Greatly shorten marinating time, suitable for mass production of all seasoned meat products.

1. Thickened Stainless Steel Vacuum Barrel For Better Marinating

The whole machine is integrally welded with thickened food-grade 304 stainless steel. Sealed vacuum drum creates stable negative pressure during tumbling, marinade penetrates meat fiber rapidly, marinating efficiency improved by 50%. Finished meat is juicy and tender with higher yield rate, avoiding dry texture caused by air drying.

2. PLC Variable Frequency Intelligent Control For Multiple Raw Materials

Equipped with color PLC touch screen, freely set tumbling time, interval cycle, vacuum degree and drum speed. Variable frequency motor drives alternating forward & reverse tumbling to evenly season steak, whole chicken and thin meat slices without breaking meat texture.
