This air suspension series is designed for commercial vehicles and trailers, with 13-ton and 18-ton models. It adopts airbag shock absorption structure, compatible with Φ150 axle tube, 420-518mm installation height, and 980-828mm axle. It improves ride comfort, extends the service life of cargo and chassis components, and is widely used in refrigerated trucks, box trucks and overweight cargo trailers.

This air suspension series is a high-performance suspension system tailored for commercial vehicles and trailers. It adopts advanced airbag shock absorption structure to effectively absorb road shocks, significantly improve ride comfort, reduce cargo vibration damage, and extend the service life of chassis components. It is an ideal upgrade solution for refrigerated trucks, box trucks, overweight cargo trailers and other models.
The series includes two core models to meet different load scenarios:
  • SPK1701Z-08: Rated load 13 tons, suitable for light-duty trailers and conventional box trucks, balancing economy and comfort.
  • SPK1700Z-08: Rated load 18 tons, specially designed for heavy-duty conditions with strong load-bearing capacity, suitable for overweight cargo transportation and engineering trailers.

Structure and Adaptability

  1. Installation and Compatibility Parameters
    The installation height is adjustable from 420-518mm, compatible with Φ150mm axle tube, 1848mm axle track, and 980-828mm axle specifications. It supports multiple tire sizes to meet the modification needs of different models.
  2. Shock Absorption and Load-bearing Performance
    The airbag specification is Φ345 with a total stroke of 498mm, which can effectively filter road bumps and greatly reduce the risk of cargo damage. At the same time, the thickened steel plate structure ensures load stability and adapts to heavy-duty transportation conditions.
