This 5-channel chemical dosing system is customized for industrial water treatment applications. With a stainless steel main structure, it integrates a mixing tank, 5 metering pumps, pipeline valves and a PLC control system, enabling automatic preparation, agitation and quantitative dosing of 5 different chemicals. The equipment features strong corrosion resistance and sealing, supporting adjustable flow, timed dosing and continuous operation. It is widely used in sewage treatment, pure water production, circulating cooling water treatment and other industries, providing a stable and efficient industrial dosing solution.

 5-channel Independent Dosing for Multi-chemical Scenarios: Equipped with 5 independent metering pumps, the system can simultaneously add 5 chemicals such as flocculants, scale inhibitors, biocides, and acid/alkaline regulators, meeting dosing requirements of different processes with precise ratios.
