Basic Parameters & Tank Body
This 30 cbm three-axle bulk cement tank trailer adopts V-type bottom discharging design, with overall dimensions 12170*2500*4000mm and tare weight 10500KG. The tank is made of 4mm thick T700 steel with 5mm thick end caps, separated into 3 independent compartments, equipped with dual 500mm manholes, anti-slip side catwalk and standard climbing ladder
Running Mechanism & Safety Parts
It is fitted with three 13-ton Zhengyang brand axles supporting front axle lifting system, matched with 12 Triangle 12R22.5 aluminum rim tires. The leaf spring mechanical suspension uses 10 layers of 90mm wide, 16mm thick leaf springs, plus dual-line air brake system with double spring brake chambers, 28-ton YAHUA landing gear and 2.0-inch 50# bolt kingpin.
Discharging Power System
The unloading unit adopts Weichai 4105Tianhe diesel engine and 12cbm Bohai twin-cylinder compressor. It features 9-meter discharge pipeline, 5-inch butterfly outlet bamper, two steel safety valves and one pressure gauge, achieving 15m vertical lift height and over 5m horizontal conveying distance for efficient cement delivery.
Accessories & Trade Terms
Complete standard accessories include spare tire carrier, rear tool box, full LED 24V lights, checked side rails and mudguards with customizable baking paint. Payment requires 30% T/T deposit after contract signing, balance paid before shipment; delivery can be arranged via bulk cargo truck or ro-ro ship for global transportation.
