3-axle 85CBM oil tank semi-trailer with optional aluminum alloy or carbon steel tank. Multi-compartment design enables simultaneous delivery of gasoline, diesel and edible oil. CNC rolled & integrally welded tank with internal anti-surge baffles to reduce liquid sloshing; equipped with loading pipeline, manhole cover and emergency cut-off valve, available for hazardous goods certification & TIR cross-border haulage of refined oil and chemical liquid.

  • Tank Craft: CNC rolled cylinder + spun end cap welding; built-in anti-surge baffles mitigate liquid surge for safer driving. Aluminum tank features light tare & corrosion resistance, carbon steel tank is cost-effective.
  • Compartment: 2~4 separate compartments with independent pipeline for multi-oil loading; standard fittings: manhole, vapor recovery port & emergency shut-off valve complying with hazardous transport regulation.
  • Chassis: Q355 high-tensile steel beam with full auto welding, 3axle American axle & standard mechanical suspension; optional air suspension, ABS and vapor recovery system.
  • Customization: Tank volume 30~90CBM adjustable, customizable tank material, compartment quantity, painting & logo for export homologation.
  • Medium: Diesel, gasoline, kerosene, edible oil, lube oil and non-corrosive industrial liquid.
