2m width ×4m length manual yuba production line, complete set includes pulping, boiling slurry, forming and drying equipment. The whole line is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel with multiple groups of circulating forming tanks. Workers pick up soybean film and hang to air dry, producing yuba with uniform color and rich bean flavor. One full set priced at 19800 RMB, standard equipped with model 150 refiner, model 60 slurry cooking tank and model 60 fire row boiler, total power 2.2kw. 1. Integrated Full Processing Flow

The whole line covers all yuba production procedures: soybean grinding → high-temperature slurry boiling & impurity removal → constant temperature tank natural soybean film forming → manual film picking & hanging air drying. No extra auxiliary equipment needed, ready for production after delivery. Multiple parallel forming tanks in 4m length support batch film forming simultaneously to boost daily output.

2. Traditional Handmade Flavor Craft

Open constant temperature forming tanks simulate traditional clay pot film forming technology. Thin soybean film slowly condenses on milk surface and is manually picked into strips. The finished yuba has strong toughness and rich bean aroma, different from fully automatic machine-made yuba. It meets the purchasing demand of supermarkets and catering for traditional yuba with higher selling price.
